At Roar Beauty we look after your data with the same care we give your nails. Here we explain, with no small print, what data we process, what we use it for and how you can decide what happens to it.

1. Who is responsible for your data

FANKTASTIK, SLU (referred to here as “Roar Beauty”) · NRT L-719335-K
Antic Carrer Major 13, AD500 Andorra la Vella, Principat d'Andorra
Email for anything to do with privacy: info@roarbeauty.co · Phone: (+376) 619 646

We process your data in accordance with the Llei 29/2021, del 28 d'octubre, qualificada de protecció de dades personals (LQPD) [Andorra's Qualified Law 29/2021 of 28 October on the protection of personal data] and its implementing regulation.

2. What data we process and where it comes from

2.1 When you book online. Your first name and surname, mobile number, email address, language (Spanish or Catalan), the services, extras and packs you choose, the professional, the date and time, any comments you leave for us and, if the service asks for them (for example, GELevate™), the reference photos you upload. We also keep a record of which consent boxes you ticked, when, and which version of this text was in force at the time.

2.2 When you come to the salon. Your client record: history of appointments and services, the professional who looked after you, amounts and payment method, packs and remaining sessions, membership, loyalty visits, notes for the team (for example, any allergies you tell us about) and, if it happens, late cancellations or no-shows.

2.3 When we are in touch with you. A record of the messages we send you (confirmations, reminders, access codes) and their delivery status. If you message us on WhatsApp or reply to a reminder, we process that message in order to respond to you.

2.4 Health data and images, only when needed. Some treatments (for example, light-based hair removal, tattoo removal or radiofrequency) may require a contraindications questionnaire and your signed consent. This is health data: we only process it with your explicit, separate consent, only the team members who look after you can see it, and you can ask for it to be deleted. The same applies to before-and-after photos: they are never taken or published without your express permission.

2.5 When you browse our websites. If you accept it in the cookie notice, usage data from the website and the booking process (pages viewed, steps completed, device) through Google Analytics and Meta. Even if you reject cookies, we always note alongside your booking which campaign or link brought you to us (for example, “Instagram, laser ad”): this is statistical information that does not identify you to third parties. Advertising or analytics identifiers are only stored and shared if you have accepted them. More details in our cookie policy.

We do not ask for any payment details when you book online: at the moment, you pay at the salon.
